This policy explains what Mini Cravings LLC collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It was last updated on 2026-09-04.
What we collect
We collect what you type into a form or enter at checkout, plus basic technical information your browser sends automatically.
- Store orders and accounts. Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and your order history, so we can fulfil your orders.
- Order and quote forms. What you type into these forms is stored so the business can reply.
- Enquiry forms. Your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message — including any other field the form asks for, such as which piece or service you are interested in.
- Newsletter sign-up. Your email address, and the date you subscribed.
- Technical information. Page views, the page you arrived from, approximate region, and general device or browser type. This is counted in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, Payment card details are entered with and processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and are never stored on this site.
Why we collect it
- To answer you and fill your order. If you send an enquiry or place an order, we use your details to reply and to fulfil it.
- To send you email you asked for. If — and only if — you tick the newsletter box or sign up, we email you occasional news about the business. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything.
- To keep the site working. Aggregate traffic figures tell us which pages people actually read.
Consent, and how to withdraw it
Newsletter sign-up is opt-in. We will not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us about something else. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately — you do not have to give a reason and we will not email you to ask for one.
To be removed at any time, email Hello@minicravings.com and say so. We will confirm when it is done.
Who can see it
Your enquiry goes to Mini Cravings LLC. The website itself is built and hosted by NAMYNOT Inc., which operates the form and email delivery on the business's behalf and can therefore access submissions in the course of running the service. We use established third-party providers for hosting and email delivery, and they process this data only to deliver it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights. Write to us and we will not make it difficult.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It sets cookies needed for the cart, checkout and your login session, and it counts visits in aggregate.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and change the date at the top.
