What this site is

This site presents the products of the business, lets you buy them online and lets you get in touch. Sending an enquiry or quote request is not a purchase and does not create a contract. An online order is accepted when the business confirms it.

Enquiries, quotes and orders

• Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change before you order.
• Items are handmade and made to order, so small variations in appearance between jars are normal and are not defects.
• Payment is taken at checkout by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Pickup, delivery or shipping is chosen when you order.
• For quote requests, bulk and event orders, the price and terms are agreed directly with the business.
• If there is a problem with an order, or you want a refund, contact us and we will review it.

Email you receive from us

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you are agreeing to receive occasional marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you.

Content and intellectual property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, text and marks on this site belong to Mini Cravings LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied, resold or used to train systems without written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people's personal information, send unlawful or abusive content through the forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the business is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
